Monzo has served as Municipal Solicitor in Lower Township from 1997 to 2007 and 2009 through 2010. Mr. Monzo has also acted as municipal solicitor to the City of Cape May from 1999 to 2016, and with the support of Messrs. Catanese, Hillegass, and DeLollis, our firm has gained a tremendous level of experience in governmental law. Mr. Catanese has acted as solicitor to Stone Harbor’s Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment from 2006 to 2019, and Mr. Hillegass acted as solicitor to the Sea Isle City Zoning Board of Adjustment for several years. Mr. DeLollis currently serves as the solicitor to the City of Wildwood having been appointed in 2020. Mr. DeLollis has acted as solicitor to the City of Wildwood since 2020. Given our extensive municipal representation, we have developed solid relationships with local, county, and state officials which benefit all of our clients.
