Monzo Catanese DeLollis was established in February 2003 by Anthony P. Monzo. In establishing the firm, Mr. Monzo brought with him many years of experience practicing law in the Philadelphia, Atlantic City, and Cape May County areas. He focuses a great deal of his practice in the areas of federal and state taxation, estate planning, healthcare, real estate, municipal law and commercial transactions.
Andrew D. Catanese also joined the firm in February 2003 as an associate, becoming a partner in February 2005. Louis DeLollis and Lyndsy Newcomb also joined the team and are now partners in the firm. In addition, Kate Monzo and Rachel Sandman are associates with the firm, and Douglas Burke serve the firm in of counsel roles. These attorneys bring diverse experience and practice skills to enable us to serve a wide variety of business-related matters.
In January 2014, we relocated our offices to a commercial office complex at 211 Bayberry Drive, Suite 2A, Cape May Court House, New Jersey. This office gives us the tools, space, technology and infrastructure to enable us to continue to offer first class service to our clients for years to come. We pride ourselves in serving our clients in the most competent, effective and professional manner, incorporating modern technologies with the personal benefits of a small law office. State-of-the-art technology allows us to conduct legal research on-line, tapping into legal databases that are unavailable to many small law offices. Our technology allows virtually unlimited access to these databases, so that on-line legal research does not subject our clients to additional costs. In fact, our firm’s legal research capabilities save our clients money by allowing us to quickly and effectively uncover applicable laws.
We are now celebrating our 20th anniversary as a law firm. Since being formed, our firm quickly became a premier business law firm in Cape May County, representing a wide variety of individuals, businesses, public entities, and municipalities. Our attorneys and support staff know the most important thing we can do for our clients is to provide diligent, competent, and responsive legal representation. We pride ourselves on the close relationships we have developed with our clients by listening to their needs. We excel at meeting those needs with our legal experience and vision by crafting progressive solutions to issues ranging from the routine to the most complex.
